Do you offer free shipping?
As a growing startup, we work hard to offer the best service with thoughtfully managed resources. We charge a small shipping fee for orders below ₹459, and for anything above that, we happily cover the shipping cost for you.
Do you offer COD?
At the moment, COD isn’t available. Since we’re committed to building Petal responsibly, prepaid orders help us minimize RTOs and prevent extra COD costs for our customers. It also ensures we can continue offering premium products at the best possible value.
How does Petal handle delivery and order tracking?
At Petal, customer experience is our top priority. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. You’ll receive WhatsApp updates at every key step — when your order is picked up, out for delivery, and successfully delivered.
If a delivery partner doesn’t support automated updates, we’ll share your tracking details separately on WhatsApp. Our support team is always available for any delivery-related assistance.
