Refund policy
At Petal, every product is crafted with care, hygiene and quality assurance. Since our tissues are personal-use, hygiene-based consumables, we follow a strict product safety policy.
1. Non-Returnable Products (Hygiene & Safety Standard)
All Petal tissue products — including facial tissues, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls and home tissue packs — are non-returnable once delivered.
This is because we cannot resell or repurpose products that may have been opened, exposed, or tampered with.
For hygiene reasons, Petal products cannot be returned once delivered.
2. Replacement Policy (Only for Damaged / Wrong Product)
We happily offer a free replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The package arrived tampered
- There is a quality issue visible on arrival
To process a replacement, please share:
- Order Number
- A clear photo/video of the issue
- Packaging photos
Replacements are initiated within 48 hours after verification.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
4. Refunds
Refunds are provided only if we are unable to process your replacement for a genuine issue like damage or incorrect delivery.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
