At Petal, we ensure every order reaches you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Below is our transparent and customer-friendly shipping policy.

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver PAN India through trusted courier partners like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Amazon Delivery and BlueDart.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM are usually processed same day.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM are processed on the next business day.
  • No dispatches on Sundays or Public Holidays.

We prioritize fast & hygienic handling for all PETAL tissue products.

3. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier capacity, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping as shown at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for your convenience. Once you place your order, our team will confirm it via WhatsApp.
    As part of our Shobha Green Care Initiative, we encourage prepaid payments—they help reduce paper waste, enable eco-friendly delivery, and allow us to process your order with priority care.
     
  • Shipping charges of ₹39 applied on orders up to ₹459 Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹ 459

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • WhatsApp update (if enabled)
  • Email confirmation

You can track your order anytime using the link provided.

6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping can be arranged with additional charges.

7. Damaged / Missing Items During Delivery

if your package arrives:

  • damaged
  • tampered
  • or missing items

Please share a photo/video within 24–48 hours at support@petalforme.in.

We will provide a free replacement.

8. Address Errors

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect:

  • We will contact you for clarification
  • Shipping delays may occur
  • Re-shipping charges may apply if the order returns to us
